Four days in Austin, Texas with the MXD team and your cohort. Intensive, hands-on training covering the full enrollment marketing cycle: inquiry generation, admissions funnel management, campus visit strategy, re-enrollment systems, parent communication, and how to build a 12-month recruitment calendar. You leave with a working plan for your school, not a binder of theory.

A monthly virtual meetup with your 10-person cohort and an MXD facilitator. Bring your live challenges, share what is working, and get direct feedback from professionals doing the same work at schools across the country.
