All-Boys, Private Catholic 6-12 School
The Challenge: Serve as a fully outsourced marketing department for a Catholic boys’ school across admissions, PR, and development.
Since 2024, Mission by Design has served as the digital marketing partner for Valor Education, a network of five tuition-free classical charter schools serving over 5,000 students across the Austin and San Antonio metro areas. In close collaboration with Valor’s leadership and internal marketing staff, we manage all digital marketing efforts, including landing pages, digital downloads, Meta ads, and Google ads across a six-figure annual ad spend.
Beyond admissions, we developed the full marketing, communications, and storytelling strategy for Valor’s $45 million fundraising campaign. That includes print materials, brochures, presentation decks, training for the development team on how to use them, and multiple videos, from a hero fundraising film to admissions- and mission-focused pieces. We also led photography sessions across Valor’s campuses for ongoing marketing content.
We meet multiple times a week with Valor’s leadership team to provide strategic coaching on admissions marketing and development. It is a deep, ongoing partnership across every channel.
