South Bay Classical Academy

South Bay Classical Academy is a brand-new private classical school launching in the Los Angeles area with tuition north of $20,000 a year. The target audience is a sophisticated millennial parent who values premium education but has no frame of reference for what classical education is. The job was to take a 2,000-year-old model and make it feel fresh, modern, and unmissable.

MXD came in at day one. Working alongside Arcadia Education (school planning, feasibility, and headmaster search) and founding headmaster David Jackson, we built everything from scratch: brand identity, logo, typography, color system, website, multiple admissions brochures, an enrollment folder and packet, handouts, slideshows, and presentations. We designed the event strategy for enrollment marketing, built out email sequences and drip campaigns, created all social media content, and manage ongoing digital marketing and lead generation. We also produced a launch video and are providing strategy consulting on early-stage fundraising.

This is a ground-up partnership. Similar to our work with St. John Paul the Great in Denver, MXD is deeply embedded with the board and founding team as SBCA prepares to open its doors.
